president and founder

Patti Price exemplifies the notion that it's never too late to pursue one's passion. In a previous career, she excelled in corporate management and negotiations, overseeing multi-million dollar departments and saving her company over $6M in one year, before transitioning to a fulfilling career as a producer. Leveraging her business acumen, she established KP Films and KP Films Studio in North Carolina. Today, she is a distinguished, award-winning producer with a diverse slate of films and a proponent of highlighting the significance of music in film.

Now, her love of music and support of women has come together in this worthy project.

BROOKE Frassinelli treasurer

Brooke Frassinelli is a former teacher and curriculum specialist with a passion for fostering creativity and inspiring others. With a background in education, she has dedicated her career to developing effective learning strategies and innovative curriculum solutions.

Outside of her professional life, Brooke is an avid lover of art, travel, movies, and music. She values quality time with her family and strives to maintain a positive, ambitious, and creative outlook on life. Brooke's dedication to growth, both personally and professionally, continues to shape her approach to everything she does.

Alex Freeman is an 19-year-old singer, songwriter, producer, actress, and entrepreneur with over a decade of performance experience, including opening for artists from Kidz Bop to Toby Keith.

Featured on outlets such as CBS, NBC, and iHeart Radio, Alex's work spans live music, songwriting, acting, and advocacy. With hundreds of original songs, internships with Grammy Award-winning producers, and songwriting hall of famers. She is a presence in music journalism and fashion media, as a published author, she continues to break industry barriers.

Recognized as one of Role Model Magazine's "100 Unstoppable Girls and Women," Alex brings a voice of authenticity, resilience, and purpose to every stage she steps on.

Donna Caldwell

director of diversity programs

Donna Caldwell has been a working member of the entertainment industry for over thirty years, with extensive experience in public relations, artist development, music clearance, supervision and licensing.

As a publicist, she has worked with a diverse clientele that included comedians, (Cheech Marin), child stars (Todd Bridges) and actors on their way to stardom (Lawrence Fishburne and Regina King). She has worked with top-selling country artists like Michael Peterson and small indie music labels including the artist owned pop label, Chauffeur Records. Donna spent 15 years at Paramount Television’s Music Division. At Paramount TV (now CBS Studios) she placed music in Paramount’s network, syndicated and cable television programs, including “Girlfriends,” “The Game,” “Medium,” “Frasier” and four “Star Trek” series.

After moving to Nashville in 2007 she began working with publishers and indie artists placing music in film, as well as supervising music for independent film projects. She currently produces the Nashville based entertainment magazine series, “HotSpot Nashville” and recently began producing the new talk show, “Bless Your Heart.”

Paris "Iceberg Paris" Irby

Paris Irby is a multidisciplinary professional whose career spans public relations, entertainment consulting, accounting, business operations, entrepreneurship, and technology. With more than 15 years of experience helping organizations grow through strategic communications, operational excellence, and relationship building, Paris brings a unique blend of creativity and business acumen to every project.

As the Public Relations Director for Women Make Music, Paris is passionate about amplifying the voices of women across music, film, and entertainment. She is committed to creating meaningful opportunities for women to be seen, celebrated, and connected while expanding the organization's reach through strategic storytelling, media relations, partnerships, and digital engagement.

Music has always been at the center of Paris's journey. At just 19 years old, she managed her first female R&B artist, an experience that ignited her passion for artist development and the entertainment industry. Since then, she has continued to support creatives through consulting, advocacy, and strategic guidance, helping artists and organizations build sustainable careers and meaningful connections.

For Paris, there is nothing quite like standing backstage moments before an artist walks into the spotlight. Watching months of preparation, creativity, and hard work culminate in a live performance is one of the most rewarding experiences she knows. That behind-the-scenes perspective continues to fuel her passion for championing artists and ensuring they have the visibility, resources, and support they deserve.

Whether she's developing public relations campaigns, building community partnerships, creating strategic initiatives, or supporting the next generation of women in entertainment, Paris believes that every artist deserves the opportunity to tell their story and every story deserves an audience.

Megan tomczak-mongell

director of Development

Megan is a dynamic force in the entertainment industry, seamlessly blending her lifelong passion for music with a diverse career in film, television, and music. As the Director of Development for Women Make Music, she harnesses her extensive experience to propel the organization’s mission of empowering women in the music industry.

Her diverse career spans roles in music supervision, acting, and reality television, most notably featured in VH1's Rock of Love Bus with Bret Michaels (Season 3). Behind the scenes, Megan has showcased her talents in TV and film production, with unique contributions such as animal training for various productions.

Philanthropy is deeply ingrained in Megan's values, driving her to organize impactful fundraisers for several nonprofit organizations, including the Gary Sinise Foundation, Make-A-Wish Foundation, and Operation Song. Her dedication to giving back reflects a profound commitment to creating positive change in the community, especially for those facing adversity.

In addition to her entertainment and philanthropic pursuits, Megan has established a robust career in clinical research and pharmaceutical operations. A results-driven leader in clinical research, she has built and scaled oncology and multi-therapeutic teams while driving measurable growth in site development — including a 206% increase in West Coast clinical site territory within a single year.

At home, she has an amazing son and super sweet rescue animals!

TYRESE Bess

director of corporate, community & Government Development

Rese is a proud Southern native from Mobile, Alabama, passionate about strengthening communities through the arts, strategic partnerships, and equitable access to opportunity. Her work spans arts administration, grant-making, community engagement, public health, and legal administration, with a focus on creating meaningful, people-centered impact.

Her experience includes Philanthropy grant administration. Serving as an Award Specialist at The Art Bridges Foundation. Developing and supporting contemporary programming at the Alabama Contemporary Art Center, managing The Verdant Fund, a statewide grant program for Alabama artists, and helping develop the Africatown Summer Swim Program from 2022 to 2025. She also supported grant management at the Mobile County Health Department, expanding my understanding of how funding advances community wellness.

Before transitioning into nonprofit leadership, she worked in legal administration at the Mobile County District Attorney’s Office and the Strickland Youth Center, and served as a mentor in the juvenile justice system from 2019 to 2025.

She holds an Associate of Arts from Bishop State Community College and a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies from Troy University, with concentrations in psychology, sociology, and intercultural studies. I remain committed to fostering collaboration, supporting artists and communities, and building initiatives that create lasting social impact.

Bianca moon

director of student outreach

Bianca Moon is an Australian Singer/songwriter, actor, and Activist. Bianca was born with what’s called a Craniofacial Disfigurement, which basically means that when she was born, her face and bone structure were different from what they were supposed to be. Today, after a lot of surgery, Bianca looks like a million bucks, and most people would never know, by looking at her, that she had been through 4 major reconstructive surgeries and two lots of neurosurgery. At 16, Bianca started her own Charity, Truly Beautiful, to support children born with Craniofacial Disfigurements, and in recognition of her activism, she was nominated as a finalist in the Young Australian of the Year Awards in 2007. Her band, “Liz Taylor,” gigs regularly, and her music is featured on iTunes.

Bianca released her first single at age 14.

In 2013, Moon was nominated for the American Daytime Emmy Award for Outstanding Original Song for a Drama Series, as composer and lyricist for her song "The Sunflower", used in a 2012 episode of the CBS Television soap opera, The Bold and the Beautiful.

Kim Freeman

Kim Freeman is a powerhouse in brand development and sales strategy, with over 30 years of experience building multiple million-dollar brands and transforming businesses from the inside out. As co-owner of the #1 weight loss transformation center in the U.S. and a key strategist behind Fortune 100 training programs, she's created the systems and structures that drive explosive growth. From leading corporate teams to shaping wellness empires, Kim's unmatched expertise in automation, sales, tech, and marketing has made her a sought-after advisor, media consultant, and industry trailblazer.

Beyond business, she's a proud mom to three beautiful, talented girls, wife to the actual Mr. Incredible, and is currently expanding her creative empire as a producer in film, television, and music—bringing stories to life with the same passion and precision she brings to business.

David Neal

David W. Neal is Area General Manager of Sonesta ES Suites Nashville Brentwood, an extended-stay property serving the Maryland Farms business corridor, where he is currently leading a full renovation.

His career has been built at both ends of a hotel's life cycle. Two years ago he opened a new-build property in Nashville's Green Hills; today he is repositioning an established one — work that requires the same instincts in reverse, and the operational fluency to keep a hotel running while it is rebuilt around its guests. Trained through Hyatt University, David brings depth across the systems that drive hotel performance, from Opera and Lanyon to group forecasting and revenue analysis. He studied at Virginia Highlands in Abingdon, Virginia.

David's commitment to Nashville extends well beyond the front desk. He served several years on the board of the Tennessee International Indie Film Festival, bringing an operator's discipline to an organization built on creative ambition — the same combination that makes him a natural partner for the city's film and music community.
